Client Side Web Development is designed to build on students’ knowledge in the areas of web design and programming. This course combines these skills to help students learn how to develop dynamic web applications with significant user interaction. Intended for both computer science (CS) and non-CS students, it focuses on providing students with the modern tools to build effective, client side, web applications. In addition, students learn about basic data storage techniques to assist in building data driven web content.
Software
All programming in CS206 is coded using HTML/CSS and JavaScript. All work will be completed using the Cloud 9 online IDE. This IDE is free for all users.
