By taking this project-based course, students have the opportunity to work together with others to develop, design, market, and prototype a product. In the first part of the course, students will be taught by the Art, Business, Computer Science and Technology Education departments to give them the skills needed for this real-world simulation. In part two, students will be grouped into teams and assigned one of the following roles: creating and building a physical prototype; developing a business plan, designing advertisements, logos and other marketing materials; and creating a website. Each team will present their final project to the ‘sharks’ in hopes of being selected as the winner.
